Order Fulfillment

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 Hours, usually the next shipping day, providing inventory is in stock. If there are any problems with fulfillment of your order, you the customer will be notified ASAP and a solution will be reached. We ship Monday thru Thursday; we do not ship on most Friday's as we are usually attending a show some where. All orders received late Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

All products, unless otherwise noted, have a 45-day 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, starting from the date the product was delivered. If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase you have 45 days from date of delivery as shown by carrier's tracking to return item to Triple "S". Please follow steps below to help us to process your return in a timely manner, do not just send a product back with first contacting Triple "S". You must receive a RMA # prior to returning a item, again please follow directions below. All defective items will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty! Most items have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. We will handle it, "in house", if possible.

To Return Merchandise

Customers must first contact us to receive a "Return Merchandise Authorization" or RMA number. We can be reached via email: customerservice@theopticswarehouse.com

Please provide the following information:
1. Name and phone number
2. Order/Invoice number.
3. Item description and model number.
4. State reason for return or problem you are experiencing with merchandise.
5. Include any other information that may be helpful in processing your RMA.

Items received without an RMA number on the outside of the package are not our responsibility and shipped back at the customer's expense. The RMA number should be easily seen on the outside of the package.

RMA numbers will be valid for 10 days after they are issued. Any RMA's received after the 10-day period will not be accepted and returned to the customer. RMA numbers will not be reissued after they have expired. It is the customer's responsibility to get the package delivered back to Triple "S" in a timely fashion.

All returned products must be 100% complete and in the original packaging materials in unused, new condition. Package must include any manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories from the original package. We will not accept any non-defective products with broken or missing seals or products in used condition. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all compatibility issues before making the purchase. All sales are final on "close out" and "refurbish" items unless otherwise stated.

Return shipping charges-
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The returned item must be insured for the sale amount. It is the responsibility of the customer for any lost packages returned to Triple "S".

Restocking Fees and Refunds
Once Triple "S" receives returned merchandise under the satisfaction guarantee and item is inspected, a refund minus restocking fee of 15% will be issued in same manner as original payment. (ie; credit card or check). All Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of final inspection of returned goods.

Defective Merchandise

The defective item will be replaced with the same or like model. In the event that an item is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable item of equal quality or contact you the customer to make a decision on appropriate action. All returned defective products will be tested and any products that are found to be not defective will be sent back to the customer. Please be honest, in your returned items, if there is a problem, we will gladly do our best to take care of the problem!
